One of the best road and gravel trails in Louisiana, this singletrack has a loop configuration and is a beginner’s dream. The easy, yet fun off-road trail is designed over what was once more commonly known as the south golf course in the City Park.
The New Orleans City Park boasts 24 miles of walking, biking and hiking trails, making it the perfect place to combine your weekly exercise with a bit of outdoor fun. Although the cyclist’s section is only about 1 mile (1.6 km) long, the Park still provides a fun experience for everyone.

The terrain is easy, with most of it being mulch. In a few areas, you can ride on multi-use asphalt paths where bikers have a separate but dedicated path lane. Pedestrians have their own lane, eliminating the risk of an accident on shared paths.
