Any avid mountain bikers and weekend cyclists in the New Orleans area will certainly be aware of the New Orleans City Park. One of the best road and gravel trails in Louisiana, this singletrack has a loop configuration and is a beginner’s dream. The easy, yet fun off-road trail is designed over what was once more commonly known as the south golf course in the City Park.

The New Orleans City Park boasts 24 miles of walking, biking and hiking trails, making it the perfect place to combine your weekly exercise with a bit of outdoor fun. Although the cyclist’s section is only about 1 mile (1.6 km) long, the Park still provides a fun experience for everyone.
