Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days in advance, you will be issued a full refund less a service fee of 5% for a credit card payment or $15 for a check. After that the 50% is non-refundable, and the remaining balance if paid will be returned until 48 hours prior to the tour departure. There is no refund after 48 hours prior to the tour. 

Tours may be rescheduled (depending on availability) with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Tours may be cancelled if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions. If we are unable to reschedule the cancelled tour, we will issue a full credit or full refund.
