Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be rescheduled at any time, depending on availability. Refunds for cancelled tours are available with 48 hours' notice. Credit card refunds will be accessed a 10% service fee.

We cancel for safety reasons during high winds, thunderstorms, excessive heat or cold, or other severe conditions. All cancellations are at the discretion of Bike the Sites, and we reserve the right to alter tours or cancel with little or no notice. A full refund will be given if Bike the Sites cancels the tour.
